Seth

My dear friend Seth Peagler is a musician. He plays beautiful music inspired by his love of jazz, folk, and psychedelic musicians. I took these photos on my Nikon D800 during his residency at The Hop Shop in Plaza Midwood, Charlotte, NC. I love this photo because it is clear that the subject is singing, but also lost in his music. When viewing this photo I am transported back to this moment of Seth being lost in the art of the music, and I being lost in the art of taking a beautiful photo that visually and stylistically transports you. I achieved the light refractions with a prism filter.
