PER HOUR / EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY

$300/hr + tax - One Photographer, Digital Photos Only

$350/hr + tax - One Photographer, Hybrid Film + Digital Photos

$450/hr + tax - One Photographer, Digital Photo + Video

$400/hr + tax - Two Photographers, Digital Photos Only

$500/hr + tax - Two Photographers, Hybrid Film + Digital Photos

**A 30% deposit is due at booking for all sessions (50% for mini sessions), no dates are held until your deposit is paid.

The deposit is non-refundable, if bad weather occurs, deposit can be transferred to new session date.  If cancellation occurs within 36 hours of the session for reasons other than weather, a new deposit will be required to reschedule your session.

** Session pricing is based on locations within a 30 mi radius of 28206.  Locations further from this point may require an additional mileage charge of $.57/mile + $18 an hour drive time unless discussed otherwise.

** Session pricing includes up to FIVE people OR pets.  Additional persons/pets are $10/each.

** As technology is constantly updating, sessions do not include disks or flash drives unless otherwise stated.  Images are delivered via online gallery and you have one month guaranteed to download your images.  Alexandria Shea, LLC is free from responsibility to maintain copies of your images once they have been delivered.  No Portrait images are kept on hard drives after 1 month, and wedding images are not maintained after six months.  In the event that you lose your images AND I still have them on hand, there will be a $100 charge to reissue a gallery for you. Unfortunately, there is no workaround for me to not pay for this, so I have to pass the charge along, but I will send you reminders so you don’t forget!  I highly encourage booking a session with the benefit of a 10-year gallery or considering purchasing this option a la carte with your package.

** Mecklenburg County Digital Product Tax Rate of 8.25% will be charged to all sessions.
